Who we are
This website is operated by ErgonSite, a web development studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus. You can contact us at info@ergonsite.com.
Data we collect
- Contact enquiries: the details you share through the contact form, or by email, are used solely to reply to you. We keep them only for as long as your enquiry, and any work that follows from it, requires, and in any case no longer than 24 months. We do not add you to any mailing list and we never sell or share your details.
- Essential website data: the minimal technical information needed to deliver the site and remember your cookie preference.
- Optional analytics: with your permission, Google Analytics shows us page views, traffic sources, and how the site performs.
Who processes it on our behalf
When you press Send, your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and a confirmation email is sent to you through EmailJS. Both act only as delivery services. The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, records standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

We follow a consent-first setup: no analytics cookie is written until you allow analytics, either from the banner or from the settings below. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation are denied in our Google consent settings. We use analytics to measure the site, not for remarketing. Google may process analytics data on servers outside the EU; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your choices and rights
You can decline optional analytics cookies from the banner, or change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
